All our clients are very important to us, that's why Synergy House International ("Company"), has created the following Refund Policy to let you know how we handle on full replacement or parts replacement for the goods ordered and bought on our website ("Website").
This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Services.

All items / products that were sold and Shipped out from our warehouse or successfully paid or payment completed at our website is not eligible for a refund or return. If the items/productsthat were successfully paid or payment completed at our website, however if the item/product is out of stock, we will cancel the order and full amount paid will be refunded according to the transaction amount at our Website .


In certain cases, such as defective, damaged during delivery or wrong goods or items/products not being used or being assembled, you are required to provide evidence of the information about the defect, failure or missing part or damaged /defective and other relevant issue through photos or video and send to our customer support mailbox provided below within 5 Days upon received the items/products or delivered to you.
We will send the replacement for the damaged parts or incomplete goods with missing components or new replacement accordingly on a case to case basis after being checked by our team. Our company will absorb all the shipping and replacement cost if we deem that a replacement is necessary.
