REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is governed by our Terms of Services.


All items / products that were sold and Shipped out from our warehouse or successfully paid or payment completed at our website www.synergytomato.com is not eligible for a refund or return. If the items/productsthat were successfully paid or payment completed at our website www.synergytomato.com, however if the item/product is out of stock, we will cancel the order and full amount paid will be refunded according to the transaction amount at our Website .


DEFECTIVE GOODS


In certain cases, such as defective, damaged during delivery or wrong goods or items/products not being used or being assembled, you are required to provide evidence of the information about the defect, failure or missing part or damaged /defective and other relevant issue through photos or video and send to our customer support mailbox provided below within 5 Days upon received the items/products or delivered to you.
We will send the replacement for the damaged parts or incomplete goods with missing components or new replacement accordingly on a case to case basis after being checked by our team. Our company will absorb all the shipping and replacement cost if we deem that a replacement is necessary.
